Hi, I'm Casey
I'm a counsellor, holistic practitioner, mum of three, outdoor lover, and someone who’s deeply passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves and step into their full potential.
What truly drives me is helping women realise they are not defined by their past, their circumstances, or their beliefs. You have the power to shift, grow, and choose a life that feels aligned and meaningful. I'm here to support, guide and walk alongside you, as you reconnect with who you want to be.
I’ve trained extensively in evidence-based holistic healing practices including EFT Tapping, Reiki, Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra Meditation and Counselling. I believe healing is never one-size-fits-all and my approach is always person-centred, down-to-earth and tailored to what you need.
Outside of sessions, you'll find me soaking up nature, whether it's camping, riding motorbikes, bushwalking or hitting the beach with my family. I love dancing, reading, laughing at my own sarcasm and making memories with the people I love. I’m easy going, open-hearted and endlessly curious about growth, both my own and yours.
